When you are exposed to the cold weather make sure to dress in layers and wear a hat, scarf, gloves. In addition, always remember to wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from harmful UV rays and to prevent the appearance of wrinkles around the eyes area. Also it's extremely important to get plenty of Vitamin C by eating plenty of fruits and vegetables to keep your skin healthy.
