Acne Prone Skin
Acne-prone skin, known as "acne vulgaris", is a common yet frustrating skin type to have. It's characterized by whiteheads, blackheads, pimples, redness, inflammation and irritation.
Skin that's acne-prone often has a shiny, greasy and unclean appearance. Large pores are also evident on the forehead, nose, chin, cheeks, neck, upper back and shoulders. Acne-prone skin is primary influenced by diet, the environment and can sometimes be irritated by cosmetics. Balancing your efforts with all of these factors in mind will help you (and your skin) live happily ever after.
