Scabies

Scabies is a contagious skin disorder caused by the infestation of tiny crawling mites called the Scabies itch mite or Human itch mite. Scabies mites can increase rapidly underneath the skin, as each female can lie between 1 and 3 eggs per day.

The most obvious symptoms of scabies are red pimple-like blemishes on the skin. Scabies most frequently occur on the elbows, wrists, knees, heels, armpits, inner thighs, shoulder blades, on the webbing between or on the sides of the fingers, but scabies can appear on parts of the entire body.
