Bid Adieu to Cellulite
In the United States almost 80% of all women under the age of 50 have experienced the horrors of cellulite. Although mostly associated with women, cellulite affects millions of individuals worldwide. Most women agree that if they could change one thing about the way they look it would be bidding farewell to their cellulite.
Cellulite is a condition that commonly appears on the thighs, butt and lower torso. Cellulite occurs when fatty deposits build up and form bulges underneath the skin (referred to as "cottage cheese"). In extreme cases, cellulite also resides on the arms and upper torso. Unfortunately, cellulite is one of the hardest conditions to get rid of.

One of the ways I find works fairly well for cellulite is one from a book by Linda Evans (of Dynasty fame, I think or one of those shows) where she recommended a rolling pin over pesky areas; I have cellulite forming..eek..and when I spot an area I get out the wooden rollers, supposedly for massaging my feet, or the actual rolling pin..and a hand massager and go to work..it seems to be pretty effective. I am sharing this because noone should have to live with cellulite if there is a way NOT to! Diet and exercise are a must though..this method is only good if combined with those things. Hope it helps someone.
