Milk Skin Care
When we're asked to envision the goodness of milk, the first image that comes to mind is a child with a milk moustache. We all know that milk is one of the best sources of calcium available. One glass of milk fulfils 20-percent of the body's daily phosphorus (helps build bones and cells) needs.
Drinking milk will help your child build strong bones and reduce the risk of cavities during their childhood and teen years. During menopause, milk helps to protect women against osteoporosis - in addition to taking other calcium supplements.
