Bath Salts
Besides flavoring foods, it's believed there are more than 10,000 uses for salt. Bath salts are definitely one of them. The most well-known properties of bath salts are their ability to exfoliate and soften the skin. Two common types of bath salts are natural sea salt and Epsom salt (also called magnesium sulfate).
The combination of water and sea salts is the basis of many powerful remedial spa treatments. Sea salt therapy is also known to effectively assist in cell rejuvenation. This is because sea salt stimulates a healthy exchange of toxins and minerals between the blood and the water. When you are in a salt bath, the temperature should be below 37-degrees-Celsius (98.6F). Taking a bath with salts, bubbles and scented candles surrounding you will make your bathroom a haven of aromatherapy.
