St. Ives Products

They used to have the best Colagen Elasten Moisturizing Lotion ever. Now, since they've changed the "LOOK", the formula is "no good". It dries my skin like the rest. Like rubbing alchol on my skin. I was lucky to find a couple of bottles of the old formula at a discount store, but a friend of mine took my last bottle. I can't find anything like it anywhere. Was considered the last great lotion in my opinion.

Ugh. I also am disappointed that St. IIves no longer produces the Jojoba shampoo. It was a great product. It's been years since I've seen it on the store shelves. I also can no longer find the St. Ives face wash I used for years.

Is it safe for 14-year-old teen? I mean is the facial wash safe or harsh?

Can I find St. Ives products in Norway?!

I swear since St.Ives changed their "look" in Aug/Sept my face has been breaking out! I am so upset - it was So clear before school started. I only use the apricot scrub with salysilic (sp) acid and my face now looks terrible! Change it back!!

I Have been using the St Ives Energizing Citrus Body Wash for some time now. I love it, So why did you change the formula? It no longer has that wonderful grapefruit scent. It now has a stale floral scent that is franky, Disgusting. Why would your so called "experts" tamper with something that worked and that people really liked. I am so sick of companies fixing things that aren't broken and passing off lousy merchandise in the guise of "New and Improved" Well it is not improved. You failed on that one. Bring back the old scent, the one people likes and used. You will be losing a lot of customers. You will forcr them to go elsewhere for products that appeal to them. Boy, did you ever drop the ball on this one. Just so you know.......there are product reviews on all the sites that sell your items. Take a look at them. People aren't happy.

My favourite product is St. Ives Apricot Scrub! Love the fragrance and the clean, fresh feeling on my face.

Looks like I'm not alone. I've been husbanding my last bottle of St Ives vanilla and eidelweiss shampoo and conditioner. Looks like it's been discontinued just like all the other products listed in other comments here. Worse, the stives.com website lists no shampoo at all. I agree with the person who suggested we boycott ALL St. Ives products. Apart from the fact that it makes no sense to reward a company which plays bait-and-switch with the customers it purports to serve, there's no point getting accustomed to a new St Ives product, only to have it discontinued along with everything else.

I am looking for the St. Ives Swiss formula jojoba shampoo and conditioner I used between 1980 and 1989 since then Ican't find it anywhere The shampoo and conditioner was a pink or purple color . I would love to find it again . When Iused those 2 products during that time my hair stylist said my hair was perfectly conditioned and said she had never seen any thing like it. What ever happened to St. Ives hair care products? I am African-American with very dry ends, and The Swiss Formula Papaya was the only conditioner that tamed my split it. As soon as I found it, it was gone? Why?

why o why o why do St.Ives continually change products that work for thier customers....clearly they dont care about the customer base, if they did they would not mess with so many products and discontinue lines that are clearly popular, St Ives needs a no confidence vote, stop buying the products, protest to st.ives.com, and finally understand that YOU are not as important as the business models that St.Ives now have in place.....for me they stink and not in a good way!!!!

I will never use St. Ives again. They always discontinue the products I love the most, and as someone with very sensitive skin-- I have to waste months searching for new products and seeing dermatologists to find something that doesn't irritate my delicate face. St Ives apricot cleanser (without those horrible abrasive apricot seed chunks), and oil free moisturizer were the best products on the market. The Hair Repair stuff was awesome as well. They are so dumb for changing the products when it was simply the marketing and advertising that was the problem. And the pricing! They could have raised prices and made huge margins off of the wonderful products that had a loyal user base instead of discontinuing them.

I see all these sad comments from former users of St. Ives products, so WHAT ARE YOU AT ALBERTO CULBERTSON DOING ABOUT IT?? Why don't you give people what they REALLY want and begin redistribution of St. Ives hair and skin care products. I tell you, loyal customers of St. Ives will NEVER forget who GREAT their products are.

I've been using St. Ives. Hair Repair Intensive Conditioning Treatment since late '80. Since 2005 or 2006, I can't find this product in drugstores anymore. Where in Atlanta can I find the Collagen Elastin Facial Moisturizer?

I have been using your products for years and I just love them. Yet, just recently my boyfriend purchased to different types of the body washes. One of them was very delicate and smelled great. The other product was called ' FreshH20 and as soon as I opened it I feel "in love" with the aroma. It was pleasantly intoxicated. Consequently, as I begin to wash my body my feminine area started to sting I just thought maybe I used to much. But, when I started to wash my face it immediately started to burn and sting my eyes as well. This is a huge dissapointment considering I have used your products for years and never encountered this problem. It was also a surprised because the label says that it it majority enriched with natural products. I am buying St.Ives Collagen Elastin for extra dry skin for the last 7-8 years. I was more than unhappy to find out today that you have a new package, with different logo, white top (instead of blue....It looks so cheap, bold and unattractive. Old bottles had Swiss Formula incised and looked so elegant, powerful and unique! What happened and why did you change it so much?

I don't understand how they can say the hair care line was discontinued because of low consumer demand when almost everyone I know used it (and I'm a hair dresser). I don't think that was very smart of them, and I'm hoping they will reconsider bringing it back. I'm a big fan of the jojoba shampoo and conditioner.

Where can I find St. Ives Facial Collagen Elastin Moisturizer. I believe this is the best product for my skin. Although scrubs and other re readily available.
