I bought a bottle of Dial foam hand soap. The first couple of uses the foam worked. And then it now comes out liquid, no foam. What happened????????

Dear St. Ives, For many years I depended on you for hand&body lotion, shampoo and conditioner, liquid soap, scrub, etc. Now it seems that you have changed the formula for you hand lotion, it is not as effective, and it has a bad taste. You no longer make the liquid soap of hair care products. At lease I can't find them in Bellingham, WA, and they don't seem to be on the WEB either. I have not been able to replace them. I miss those quality items. I will not be buying any more of the bad-tasting lotion, either. I am really sorry. And your products well very economically priced. Maybe that's what did you in.
